Welcome to the last quarter of the millenium!! Well, some people will argue that. Many say 2001 is the actual start. Who cares? I do! The "1" is changing to a "2" and the man formerly known as Prince wrote that great song "I'm gonna party like it's 1999!" That makes this a year you really want to end on a positive note.
